Due to the nature of diagnostic testing, once your test has been dispatched or your sample collected, refunds are not permitted. If there are any issues then contact us within 7 days of your test if needed.

This is not a home test kit — no items will be delivered to your address. All blood tests are conducted on-site at our partnered clinical gym facility, where a qualified healthcare professional will collect your blood sample in a controlled and hygienic environment.

Once collected, your sample will be securely dispatched to our accredited laboratory for analysis. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive digital report via email, detailing your biomarker results alongside interpretative guidance. This report will highlight any abnormalities and suggest lifestyle, dietary, or medical recommendations based on the findings.

Following receipt of your report, a consultation with a licensed doctor will be arranged to discuss your results in detail. Together, you and the doctor will formulate a personalised action plan tailored to your health goals — whether that includes further diagnostics, lifestyle adjustments, supplementation, or medical treatment pathways.
